These have been working great for me. Baked (and even frozen) goods come out easily and leave only tiny crumbs behind. One recipe I made stuck to the paper cups, but came out with ease from these silicone cups. They seem durable and are very flexible. You can even flip them inside out, which is how I cleaned the tiny crumbs stuck in the ridges where they meet the bottom (I don’t know if this will cause them to have a shorter lifespan or not). The ridges add a slight challenge to cleaning them, but they do clean well by hand washing or in the dishwasher. They flare out from the bottom to the top. The bottom is obviously heart-shaped, even after baking. Between the flexibility and the flare, the top is NOT heart-shaped and it has more of a rounded triangular shape. So, you can serve them flipped upside-down if you really need that heart shape to show or you can pipe on frosting on the top in a heart shape that fits well in the triangle. The shorter the product you are making, the more heart-shaped the overall product has. This is an important thing to note–don’t buy this product if you want the top to bake into a distinct heart shape, too.I used them in the oven, microwave oven, and freezer. All the ones I made in the microwave had an air bubble in them on the bottom, even after I tapped them down on the counter. There very well may be some solution to that. I placed them on top of a baking sheet in the oven and that worked well. I thought of placing them in a muffin tin, but they were floating in there. They do hold in the moisture after baking (in a condensation sort of way), so I would suggest removing the baked good shortly after taking it out of the oven.Note: the heart shape on the bottom is clearer with the eye than in a photo and I found that taking the picture at a slight angle made it so you can see the heart shape closer to how it looks in person.
