Works great on my ram 3500 with eaz-lift hitch. I installed this on my Ram 3500 along with a Eaz-Lift 48058 weight distribution hitch. The original shank was not tall enough and I was not able to level the trailer when towing it. With this I was able to make it ride perfect! Something to keep in mind is the fact that you are lowering the ball more than the standard hitch so you may need to extend the chains and or electrical wiring. My 2016 Jayco trailer had a long enough electrical cord but I had to extend the chains to clear and reach the tow vehicle. It does stick the trailer a little farther back than the original shank but in my opinion, it is great and allows more room to lower the tailgate when hooked up. [...]
