So this is my first time building in a server case and I guess my biggest criticism about this case is the price compared to a normal PC case. At $210, you get sharp edges enough for a paper cut if you’re not careful, you somehow get Molex fans (I know the drive-cage fans are individually removed so it’s not the easiest to say, daisy chain PWM headers in certain ways, but really? Molex? In 2025? Instead of SATA?), and funnily enough you get individually separated USB2 headers instead of having it grouped in a 2×5-pin combo, then again I don’t know if that’s standard practice for server chassis.Functionally though, this case doesn’t have major issues actually: Drive cages are pretty useable and the front-3 fans remove along with it. The 2nd row of fans is actually big enough to fit like a 360mm AIO depending on how long your GPU is. It did feel pretty spacious to build in, even though I don’t have pictures of all my drives in, it works fine. For some reason the keys for the front lock have a China Post logo, so maybe it’s dependent on where the lock was sourced? At the end of the day, for a server chassis this isn’t bad, although I did end up having to switch out all of the fans because I didn’t want to use Molex fans for my use-case. At $210, the price surprisingly isn’t bad at all, but as someone who is a bit of a server noob, let’s just say if a PC case was $210, there’s a lot of stuff this server chassis gets away with that a $210 PC case would not.
