This rating does not reflect the product itself, but the experience I’ve had in getting it using Store Pickup. Initially, it was supposed to arrive on a Friday, which was perfect because I needed it that weekend. It was delayed and FedEx tried to deliver on Sunday, but was rejected by the store. FedEx tried again on Monday and the store received it that morning, but then didn’t process it so that I could pick up until Tuesday. Then I get it home and start installation, only to find that the shaft has been crushed near the motor housing. Now I have to return and (fingers crossed) get it exchanged quickly as I need it this weekend for a tournament that I have already missed pre-fishing for. If you order, allow a lot of extra time to get this!
